Do not use All American Auto Transport (CA-don't get them mixed up with the company in Maryland!) They were horrible!!! I received a quote to transport our BMW from California to Texas, they seemed reliable and it was a good price so we picked them. We paid the quote price (prior to the transport, which was a bad idea!) and then our car never got picked up. I had to call them to confirm the pick up date, and that date came and went with several phone calls to the company asking why our car wasn't picked up yet. The customer service guaranteed that they were looking into it and our car would be picked up. The next day we moved to Europe, leaving our car in California. A month later after numerous emails, phone calls (which they never picked up their phone!) and excuses (I received an email stating their office was flooded) we decided to pick a different company to transport our car. We are now disputing the charges they made to our credit card. Our car was never picked up or transported by them, and now we can't get our money back, even the deposit. So frustrating!! Do not pick this company. They are dishonest, take money without completing the work, and they have no sense of accountability. They are the worse car transport company out there!!
